Amro Shirts ("we" and "us") is the operator of amroshirts.in ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These policies are in place to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of our shipping process.

1. General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website. However, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of your purchase, we will fulfill the available items and contact you regarding the out-of-stock item. You may choose to wait for restocking or opt for a refund for the unavailable product.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping charge is collected at the time of purchase and is the final price you will pay for delivery.

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. In such cases, we make every effort to minimize shipment delays.

4. Change of Delivery Address

Requests for changing the delivery address can be made before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

5. P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard postal services. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

6. Military Address Shipping

We support shipping to military addresses using India Post services only. Courier shipping is not available for these destinations.

7. Items Out of Stock

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you and hold the order until it is back in stock. Alternatively, you can request to proceed with the available items and receive a refund for the rest.

8. Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeline, please contact us so we can investigate the delay with the courier partner.

9. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment based on real-time courier updates.

10. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is visibly damaged during delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact our customer service. If you receive a damaged parcel in your absence, contact us with photographs and an unboxing video to assist with claim processing.

11. Duties & Taxes

11.1 Sales Tax

All product prices on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

11.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges vary by destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel will be returned at your expense. In such cases, we will refund the product value only, excluding original and return shipping costs.

12. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

13.1 Parcel Damaged in Transit

A refund or replacement will be processed once the courier completes the investigation.

13.2 Parcel Lost in Transit

A refund or replacement will be issued after confirmation from the courier that the parcel is lost.
